founded in 2025 by Heather Barr, we are a group of hospitality professionals looking to provide a safe and convivial space for delicious food, beverage, and community. we are available to work with individuals and restaurants to educate, serve, and work towards a never better hospitality space. splitting time between the hudson valley and new york city, we are available to collaborate on small and large projects.
