we recognize people enter restaurants for a variety of reasons. nourishment and connection are at the forefront and we merge our fine dining background with our small town charm. we create spaces to learn, grow, and feel never better.

founded in 2025 by Heather Barr, we are a group of hospitality professionals looking to provide a safe and convivial space for delicious food, beverage, and community. we are available to work with individuals and restaurants to educate, serve, and work towards a never better hospitality space. splitting time between the hudson valley and new york city, we are available to collaborate on small and large projects.
